The discount amount is calculated as follows:

Z=(Y-X)*50%
where Z – discount, X – price of the car, Y – debt.

Consider a specific example:

Your vehicle is Opel Vectra worth 2000GEL (X), debt of parking service is 5000GEL (Y), then you get maximum discount 1500 GEL.
